We understand that situations arise when a product needs to be returned and the following guidelines were designed to make this process as efficient and painless as possible for you, our valued customer.
Our shipping department strives to carefully pack every order. In the rare event you receive an incorrect item or an item that has been damaged in the shipping process, please contact Customer Service immediately to report the damage and to make arrangements for a replacement. You will be provided with a return authorization (RA) number and a call tag will be issued for the damaged or incorrect product.
We recognize that occasionally you may change your mind or find you have ordered the wrong item. We also understand that for internet buyers, who are unable to visit a store and see our products in person prior to purchasing, there is a greater chance you may need to make a return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to explain the reason for return and make arrangements to receive a full refund less the original shipping cost. You will be provided with a return authorization (RA) number for the product. You will also be given the option to return the product yourself, or we can issue a call tag for the package (return shipping cost will be deducted from product refund).
Dash & Albert products are handcrafted by skilled artisans and are designed to withstand the test of time. If your Dash & Albert product proves to be defective, please contact Customer Service to determine a solution. Please remember, regular vacuuming and the occasional gentle shake in the great outdoors will keep your Dash & Albert rug in shipshape condition. Some rugs may require minor grooming to keep looking their best. From time to time as a hooked rug settles, a stray loop of yarn may pop up. This is perfectly normal. Do not pull the loop; just trim it with scissors.
For all returns, please contact Customer Service at 800-658-5035 to discuss your return, prior to shipping. Refunds and replacements will be granted for products received in expected condition. To ensure fast service, we kindly ask that you obtain authorization from Customer Service for all returns prior to shipping, as unauthorized returns inevitably result in delays for return and order processing.
