If your order is defective or incorrect or you are missing items, please contact Dash & Albert Customer Service at 800-658-5035 immediately, we will make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped at our expense.
If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason within 30 days of receiving the product, please repack the unused items in their original shipping package. Every Dash order ships with a prepaid FedEx label; for ease of return and crediting, we encourage you to use this label. Just affix the label to the outside of the package to be returned and contact FedEx for a pick up, or drop it off at any FedEx office. If the label is used, return shipping charges will be subtracted from the order credit. Orders must be received in original condition to receive a refund.
