If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or it is incorrect or missing items, please contact Customer Service at 800-658-5035 within 30 days of receipt and we’ll happily arrange an exchange or credit.

Retail Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service and request a return authorization. Return the product in the original packaging or something comparable, such as a 6 ml poly bag or a corrugated cardboard box, or bring it to your local FedEx or UPS packaging store to be wrapped and shipped to us. Please note that garbage bags do not offer proper protection during shipment, and items shipped in them are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order is defective or incorrect or you are missing items, please contact Customer Service immediately, we will make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped at our expense

Refunds and replacements will be granted only for products that are in the condition you received them and in their original packaging. Please note that books, monogrammed, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
